Following a rigorous auditing procedure, ABPmer is now an Avetta-accredited supplier, demonstrating compliance with over twenty health, safety and environmental measures.

Avetta is a leading provider of supply chain risk management solutions, connecting the world’s leading organisations with qualified suppliers. Their vetting process ensures contractors only work with suppliers who meet a strict set of safety and environmental standards.

The accreditation supported ABPmer’s successful bid to work with Tarmac Marine, CEMEX and Hanson Aggregates on a dredging impact project to monitor black bream activity. The project represents an expansion of ABPmer’s service offer, including geophysical surveys and our first of several planned video surveys to complement our existing environmental project support, developing practical mitigation and compensation measures for companies operating in the marine environment.

In addition to the Avetta accreditation and further demonstrating our commitment to quality service provision, ABPmer’s Achilles UVDB accreditation and associated audit was recently successfully renewed, achieving 100% compliance in health and safety, quality and environment. UVDB is an independent audit, identifying supplier best practice for companies in the utilities sector.
