Our QMS comprises a manual of procedures and controls to ensure that the contracted service meets clients’ requirements. It is subject to a continual programme of external and internal audit.

Service Excellence

We take customer satisfaction very seriously and pride ourselves on offering excellent service. At the outset of a project a detailed project plan is prepared and commonly a start up meeting is organised with the client. A principle aim of these activities is to ensure that ABPmer has a full understanding of the clients’ requirements and that the client is satisfied with the approach to be adopted. Once work is underway, regular progress reports and meetings are held.
