EIA (Miscellaneous Amendments Relating to Harbours, Highways and Transport) Regulations 2017

The Environmental Impact Assessment (Miscellaneous Amendments Relating to Harbours, Highways and Transport) Regulations 2017 came into force on 5 December and make changes to the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) regime for certain harbour, highways and transport works in England and Wales.
