Marketing Coordinator
12 Month Fixed Term Contract
ABPmer’s marketing activities are changing and you can be part of them. We are looking for someone to join our marketing team who will not only ensure we engage effectively with our markets and raise our profile with existing clients but provide support to all our marketing actions. If you’re ready for the challenge, this is your chance to make a name for yourself and us.
You will support our marketing plans by developing and implementing our PR and Communications Strategy. It is an exciting opportunity to raise your own profile as well as ours and you’ll be involved in everything from preparing press releases and event organisation, to developing our marketing materials and updating our websites. We will also look to you to support marketing activities across the business.
With a degree or equivalent in environmental management, planning, geography or other related discipline, you’ll have knowledge of marine and coastal policy, and planning with an interest in stakeholder engagement. This will be matched with excellent communication (written and verbal), organisational and IT skills. Previous experience of marketing and communications is desirable, though not essential and an awareness of social media would also be highly valued.
